At 6.30AM, we received alert from our monitoring service that the server is not accessible. After a few attempts to reboot the server virtually, we are not able to do so and reported to datacenter for investigation.
After investigation, this is due to the hardisk failure and has been reported to datacenter for immediate replacement.

Here is the timeline:
6.30AM: Server stopped responding and ticket being reported to datacenter
7.30AM: Datacenter is not able to find the fault and rebooting the server
7.45AM: All services is up
8:02AM: Server is up
8:15AM: Hardisk resync for the RAID is running
2:03PM : Hardisk resync and rebuild are completed. The issue is due to one of the hardisk failed and has been reported to datacenter for replacement. No impact on the online.
