We received a pingdom alert at 7.10pm that there is HTTP failure on the server and quickly checked the server. Unfortunately, we are unable to reach the servers and immediately contacted the datacenter for further checked. Below is the timeline and description as we receive the updates from datacenter:
7.10pm: Alert of fail http for US servers
7.12pm: issue a ticket to the datacenter
7.20pm: switch problem detected and affecting the rest of customers
7.40pm: switch replacement work is started
7.50pm: all servers are up and running
