Our monitoring tool detected abnormality at around 12.20pm for intermittent international connection. As such, we immediately contacted the datacenter to verify the issue and it was confirmed by them that there is router failure.
At 2.40pm, router was replaced and tested for couple of times and it was confirmed the issue has been fix at around 4.30pm. After which, we didnt see any further intermittent connectivity.
This issue only applies to international connectivity (outside Indonesia).
Local connectivity (Indonesia) is not affected at all.
