A network intermittent connectivity has been reported by Pingdom at around 2AM Singapore time.
We did multiple check and activate firewall to prevent DDOS but it didnt appear to be DDOS attack.
We run another monitoring tool at around 8AM and checked for possible router/network issue. But, still, we could not rectify the issue and did another multiple check and found out that US upstream had fail routing to our server.
At 4PM, the issue reported to Upstream provider and issues are rectified in timely manner. No data loss and no impact for Asia customers.
