12.40pm: Reboot request sent to datacenter after unable to gain access to server
01.00pm: Server is rebooting
01.10pm: Some VPS is already running and booting up for another VPS
01.15pm: All services are up
We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Initial investigation: there is no hardware issue as we check through the log file, strangely the network stopped working, and we reboot the server and flush the network rules.
Datacenter investigation: We are able track down another customer stealing all of the IPs in 199.30.55.1 - 199.30.55.255. I have shut off this customer's network port and your network
should now be operating normally again.
No data was harm and the server has been running fine for few hours without hiccups.
