Pingdom has reported 2 downtime today as this announcement being made.
As such, we immediately notify the datacenter and action has been taken to replace the router due to fault found on it.
Here is the time line as we received from datacenter:
[10:40pm]: Server is running under backup router and main router is being prepared for replacement.
[02:05am]: Server is running on full redundancy backup router and waiting for the main router replacement part to arrive.
[12 Aug 2012]: Main router has been replaced and no further issue on the router detected.
Replacement will cause downtime not more than 10 minutes and rest assured that your data is safe.
