To improve the our service quality & user experience, we are upgrading the server RAM in one of the US server located in Phoenix, Arizona.
This RAM upgrade will be performed during wee hours i.e. Saturday, 4 August 2012 from 0400 Singapore Time.
Expected to last for 15 - 30 minutes and does not go beyond 1 hour.
During this period, all of your services will be temporarily shut down and do apologize for the inconvenience caused.

[Update 4 Aug 2012 10:00]: Due to mis-communication, the upgrade was performed today instead of 11 August 2012 (as planned). But, the ram upgrade was carried on successfully at 4.45am and was back up at 5.15am. All services were running as per normal afterwards and we apologize for the inconvenience caused.
