We received Pingdom alert at 5.45pm Singapore time that the node is not loading.
At 5.47pm, a ticket was sent to the datacenter to check on the issue
At 5.49pm, issue was identified that the network provider, TiNET, was providing routing maintenance which is unscheduled
At 5.50pm, routing to another provider, HE.NET, was performed
At 5.59pm, issue was resolved and all services were running as per normal
