We received unexpected news about decommissioning of 204.152.217.xx / 96.44.130.xx / 173.254.205.xx IP range, where no route will be advertised by the upstream. As such, we are now going to utilize our other IP block and replacement IP has been assigned to your VPS.
- For Shared/Reseller hosting customer, this is not affected.
- For VPS customer, a new subset of IP range is already assigned to you in the VPS Panel. This new IP address with has been assigned with equal amount for you. If you have difficulties, please open a support ticket. Kindly note to change your license IP as well.
We are going to contact the affected customer immediately to request for IP change.
