We received unexpected news about decommissioning of 198.96.92.xx IP range, where no route will be advertised by the upstream. As such, we are now going to utilize our other IP block and replacement IP has been assigned to your VPS.
- For Shared/Reseller hosting customer, this is not affected.
- For VPS customer, a new subset of IP range is already assigned to you in the VPS Panel. This new IP address with has been assigned with equal amount for you. For example, if you have 3 IP address under 198.96.92.xx, a new IP under now available for you in master.sosys.net. Please utilize VPS Panel to change your main IP or reboot the VPS to take effect new address. If you are using WHM, please change your site IP address from it. If you have difficulties, please open a support ticket. Kindly note to change your license IP as well.
We are going to contact the affected customer immediately to request for IP change.
