at 04.05 SGT, we received down notification and initiated a check with DC
at 05.30 SGT, DC engineer still working towards investigation as it affect multiple subnet
at 07.00 SGT, DC engineer still working towards resolution
at 09.00 SGT, DC engineer still working towards resolution
at 10.40 SGT, the engineer has identified the link down in the core switches, and working in fixes
at 13.30 SGT, engineer identified connection issue between switches. They are trying to restore the config on the 2 switches now.at 14.40 SGT, engineer informed that network hardware failure and require replacement. Configuration on the replacement switch are already underway
at 17.25 SGT, some of the services have recovered in the datacenter. Full recovery still in progress
at 18.22 SGT, engineer is working on trunking connection to the carriers. TOR switches are completed
at 20.20 SGT, connectivity back to normal
