We received down notification on 14 August around 11AM SGT on xen-id5.sosys.net and it was due to memory module not detected by the server. As such, we will be performing memory reseat and hard reboot to see if the issue is resolved.
This urgent maintenance is scheduled to be on 15 Aug at around 12AM SGT for about 30 mins.

11.45AM SGT: perform soft reboot and noted that one of the 8GB memory module is not detected. Currently server is running fine as the node has sufficient capacity to bring up all VMs.
05.30PM SGT: Scheduled with datacenter to perform hard reboot and memory reseat
11.35PM SGT: VMs shutdown initiated. Activity is started 30 mins earlier to allow sufficient troubleshooting by onsite engineer
12.05AM SGT: Staff started to perform cleaning on DIMMC1 slot
