at 03.20am SGT, DC engineer still working towards resolution as it affect multiple subnet
at 03.40am SGT, onsite engineer is working on restoring the BGP routers
at 07.00am SGT, ongoing work by network engineer
at 09.45am SGT, network engineer still requiring more time to resolve the issue. no ETA is shared at the moment but trying to bring back service as quickly as possible
at 11.45am SGT, DC team is involved in helping to check the network issue. The resolution could be in near time
