We received down notification on 28 Dec at around 5pm SGT on one of ID server and working with the DC to find the root cause. Initial suspect was some switch malfunction and local staff is working in checking on this.

5.10PM SGT: Checked with datacenter and confirmed there is some malfunction switch port in rack and being work on
6.07PM SGT: Connection restored
