Dear Clients,
We started to receive numerous down notification across multiple client VMs on Phoenix node and having checked with datacenter technician, the server was not responding to login and have to be rebooted. Ping was responding fine however VMs access was terminated abruptly.
As result of unexpected node reboot, the VM may have crashed database. Please open support ticket if you experiencing issue with your VMs.
As of now, all VMs are back operational and responding to HTTP request
