22 Dec 2AM SGT: Router replacement will be performed immediately as there is ongoing issue affecting customers on one of the server.
22 Dec 6AM SGT: Replacement completed and SFP replaced, but services are not restored completely. The team are still in monitoring
22 Dec 12PM SGT: Cable replacement to see if this will help to reduce the noise
22 Dec 1PM SGT: Server rebooted but didnt help. Getting IDC team to change the switchport as there is huge ping loss from xen-id4 server to internet
22 Dec 2.45PM SGT: Service restore back after changing the switchport on the TOR
