Again, another server tech refresh in this year. This time, we will be refreshing our servers located in Quadranet DC. Instead of using a single CPU, we will now implement new way to use dual cpu on e5-2620v3 (24 cores) and physical raid card 1GB cache on top of 6 SSD drives (Samsung Enterprise) under Raid-5
But, as part to reinvest and pamper the customers with much benefits, each customer will be assigned to 12 CPU instead of standard 8 CPUs. Coupled with raid-enabled Samsung enterprise SSD, this has been proven to give much performance improvement.

Planned downtime will be on 4 Oct 2019 at around 10PM Singapore time until completion.
You will stay on the same IP address, no change to your end. The downtime for each client will be kept minimal, with estimated of 2 hour or less, and we also will keep the latest backup to offsite location to prevent any mishap. If there is any change on the implementation date, we will send you immediate notice.
