6 Oct 03.07 PM: uptime monitoring reported down time
6 Oct 03.15 PM: the UPS has not been able to sustain the power consumption as the local power supply was cutout due to maintenance. the IDC CEO has extended her apology on this incident and trying to restore the power asap.
6 Oct 06.10 PM: PLN (local power supply company) announced that the power should be returned to normal in 1 hour time.
6 Oct 07.30 PM: PLN has returned the power to the IDC, but IDC will progressively distributing the power to the racks.
6 Oct 8.10 PM: Power returned and server is booting up
6 Oct 9.00 PM: all server booted up. Please open support ticket if you are experiencing issues.
6 Oct 10.00 PM: We also notice some uplinks issues, which is affecting international traffic. the team at the IDC are working on resolving among the ISP
6 Oct 10.30 PM: Network connection is resolved.
