As you may be aware, Yahoo Messenger will be shutting down on 17th July 2018 and this tool has been a great help thus far among our clients. As such, we will stop answering queries posted using YM with immediate effect.
Skype chat will be discontinued slowly as we find it difficult to keep track of chat history.
Moving forward, any issues can be either raised via email or ticket channel to us, and you can also live chat to ask quick questions. We wanted to streamline our support methods to better keep track clients' ticket history.
