As of 8PM SGT, we received notification that the ID server located at IDC D3 is down, and have alerted the DC engineers. Since then, the engineers have tried to reboot the main switch and monitoring the situation to bring it up
The 1st update from engineer onsite, is that the main core switch is down and they are in the midst of hard-reboot
The 2nd update from engineer, is in the midst of the replacing the core switch with standby switch and upload the backup config. Estimated time may take about 1 hour time
3rd update at 9.15PM SGT, that the engineer is going to replace with another switch model which requires time to setup and reconfigure. ETA is about 2 hours
4th update at 10.45PM SGT, the switch has been replaced, but uplink is not detected. Currently is testing on the cabling and working with the onsite IDC D3 engineer
5th Update at 11.45PM SGT, the main problem has been identified, on the meet-me-room switch port and cabling related. Should be up soon
