Dear Customers,
We noticed at around 12PM, that mostly speedy users are complaining that websites are not accessible. Upon checking, Telkom router in openIXP is down and this is affecting the telkom user, mainly Speedy and Indihome broadband users.
User will be getting timeout when accessing the ID servers website as the backup link is not catered to withhold current capacity. Backup link is currently will utilize IIX bandwidth and traffic is redirected via Singapore
We have escalated the issues to Telkom for their urgent attention and awaiting for their updates.
