[US Server] Phoenix Node - Hdisk issue and require replacement

As a normal routine checks, we found that the raid array in the server are throwing some errors. Multiple attempts have been tried to bring back the raid into stable state, but the checksum errors do not go away. As such, we are provisioning new servers and testing it for few days before we migrate the data. Rest assured, this will be done during offpeak and would not affect your data. We are also considering on putting raid card to rest assured further issues will not occur.

This is only affecting the Phoenix node clients.

12 Feb 2014 - 3PM: Migrating test account and verified all are working fine
12 Feb 2014 - 5PM: Migrating some of the clients starts
13 Feb 2014 - 10PM: Migration completed for all clients without data loss
