If you look at the network uptime via pingdom/twitter, you would notice that the network is up and down. This has nothing to do with unstable server, but rather the international network connectivity which has been started since early this morning.
The datacenter is working hard to push the upstream to fix the issue.
This network issue does not affect local traffic (Indonesia network).
