Dear Customer,

We received lost connectivity alert at around 10.40pm SGT and have immediately contacted the datacenter for clarification. We suspect some hardware/network related issue

- 27 Oct 10.40PM SGT: Logged a case with DC

- 27 Oct 10.50PM SGT: Cable replaced and connection restored
