We received lost connectivity alert at around 6.20pm SGT and have immediately contacted the datacenter for clarification. The engineer onsite is working to find the root issue and this thread will be updated
- 27 Oct 6.21PM SGT: Ticket logged with DC
- 27 Oct 6.45PM SGT: DC is checking on the issue
- 27 Oct 7.30PM SGT: Issue resolved after DC team replaced the network cable
