2 May 6.05PM : Notification received indicating non pingable server
2 May 7PM : Onsite engineer confirmed there is no DC activities and performing check on the server
2 May 9PM: After RAM replacement, the server fails to boot. Hardware replacement is underway
3 May 1AM: It appears OS hdisk also got corrupted. Affected customer will be informed on separate email
3 May 3AM: Backup service is online
