We noticed at around 4AM, our monitoring is showing down status for our Indonesia server.
Further check has shown that Singapore-Indonesia connectivity is down, while if the traffic is via US-Indonesia, is normal. If you are located in Indonesia, you should not experience any issue as the traffic is via IIX router.
We have escalated the issues to our upstream ISP for their urgent attention and awaiting for their updates.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
