[SG Server] Loss of connection to the server - 27 Sept 2015 - 1.06AM

Dear Customers,

At 1.06AM, we started to receive loss connection from our monitoring. As such, we have asked the DC to check if there is any network issue as we are not able to reach the server IPMI either.

The DC confirmed no issue on the network. IPMI connection resolved back and some linux kernel throwing some errors found at the screen. As such, a preventive reboot is performed to have a clean state on the kernel.

1.06AM: log a case with the DC and pending their investigation

1.30AM: DC confirmed network is running fine

1.33AM: Able to access IPMI now, and seeing some kernel "borked" and perform preventive reboot

1.45AM: all services are up as per normal
