At 9.15AM, we received alert that the servers located in Phoenix are down. We have immediately contacted the datacenter to check on the issue and currently they are doing their investigations.
We manually checked the servers via IPMI and confirmed everything is fine.

9.20AM: Datacenter confirmed network down and investigation started at their side
9.55AM: Network is up
10.05AM: Issue identified as unexpected failure of a linecard in our core router and being replaced immediately.
