We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused. In our company principle, we will not hide any issues to cover ourselves. Thus, what we received from the DC is that there was power loss at one of our Indonesia server which caused some data corruption to some clients, which some clients are not affected, but some were affected and recovered quickly via backups.
