at 10.20pm SGT, we received network alert and currently working with onsite engineer in identifying the issue
at 11.30pm SGT, we are still working with datacenter engineer in finding the root cause. No reported power outage and BGP session are missing
at 12.10am SGT, local engineer confirmed on the network at the datacenter is having issue and being worked on as it's affecting wide level customers on the datacenter
at 2.10am sgt, network engineer still working in resolving the issue
at 3.10am sgt, issue has been resolved
