[NL server] Lost of network access - 16 March 2025

Dear Customers,

At around 16 March 7PM SGT, we received alert that our network connectivity to Netherland servers were down.

We are now checking with DC team on possible routing issue.

On site staff were activated and confirmed physical connection is ok

We apologize for the inconvenience caused

16 March 8.30PM: onsite staff checked that network cable is ok, tried to swap with new cable

16 March 10.30PM: network reconfiguration on router side completed and connectivity is restored
