[NL Server] NL Network issue - 1 Sept 9.30PM SGT

Dear Customer,

We received lost connectivity alert on 2022-09-01 21:27 SGT and have immediately contacted the datacenter for clarification. The engineer onsite is working to find the issue and this chat will be updated

- 1 Sept 9.30pm SGT: Ticket logged with DC

- 1 Sept 10.15pm SGT: DC confirmed some network related issue and working on resolution

- 1 Sept 11.15pm SGT: Network issue has been resolved and connectivity is back to normal
