At around 3AM SGT, we received down monitoring affecting our clients assigned to IP address 198.96.92.xx. This was due to additional route object created by ISP Interserver whom own the 198.96.88.0/21 and have working with DC to request their prefix admin for removal. However, few hours later we were informed that this IP block is not going to be released by Interserver and there will be no route advertised. A new set of IP replacement have been assigned to the affected VMs

Earlier on 24th Oct, we noticed a ncftp service that failed while the weekly backup service is running. We restarted the backup and at around 10.40PM on 24th, we noticed kernel panic occured. Server was rebooted. At 4.09AM on 25th October, the same kernel panic occured due to the ncftp happens again. Server was rebooted again. This is only affecting xen-id1 node

We have been trying to stick to old exchange rate (i.e 1 SGD = IDR 7000 & 1 SGD = MYR 2.4 ) for about a year, but we are sad to say that we can not hold this any more. New exchange rate of 1 SGD = IDR 8000 and 1 SGD = MYR 2.5 will be applied to the new orders only. Existing customer/products will remain at old pricing. Regardless, the exchange rate is still lower than the current rate.. This only applies for the customer paying in Indonesian Rupiah or Malaysian Ringgit. As of today, we just encountered that there is a hdisk checksum error on the raid. This is only affecting those customers on the Phoenix node. Even though the server is running fine, we cant take the risk if one day the raid fail and all the data will be corrupted. As such, a migration will be performed on the off peak on daily basis.
